The UXY wheel features liquid cast polyurethane molded onto a precision-machined aluminum hub, offering exceptional durability and performance in a compact 1.25″ wide design. Available in 3″, 4″, and 5″ diameter options, this institutional-sized wheel provides smooth, quiet operation while maintaining impressive load capacity. The liquid cast polyurethane tread delivers superior shock absorption and roll-ability compared to injection-molded alternatives, making it ideal for applications requiring reliable performance and floor protection, and most importantly heavy applications that move infrequently. Each wheel comes equipped with dual precision sealed ball bearings to ensure consistent, maintenance-free operation for many years.

The UXY wheel’s unique liquid-cast polyurethane formulation delivers exceptional performance through its rapid rebound characteristics, significantly reducing the force (known as draw bar pull) required to initiate and maintain movement under load. This rapid rebound action allows the wheel to quickly recover from compression, maintaining optimal contact with the floor surface while minimizing rolling resistance. Unlike conventional wheels that may deform and create increased drag under heavy loads, the UXY’s specialized compound actively assists movement by converting potential energy from compression into forward momentum. This dynamic response not only reduces operator fatigue but also ensures consistent performance across varying load conditions, making it an ideal choice for applications where ergonomic considerations are paramount.

Stem Caster Model 3 Swivel caster frames are made from stamped steel that is plated in zinc for enhanced corrosion resistance. This stem swivel caster is built with a ⅜” axle bolt and the swivel raceways are held together by a ½” rivet. Stem Caster Model 3 caster brackets have two rows of ball bearings rotating on raceways for smoother swiveling. There is a solid cover over the swivel raceways to shield them from dirt and dust. This stem caster performs best if you limit the load to no more than 1000 lbs on a set of 4 model 3 casters. Stem Caster Model 3 will amaze you at their performance!
