If the quantity you require is large and you have not purchased the item(s) from us before, we INSIST that you purchase a prototype set to make sure the product meets with your approval.

Orders are processed Monday thru Friday excluding holidays. Orders received prior to 12:30 Eastern Time are processed the same business day. After 12:30 Eastern Time they are processed on the following “business day”. Orders received on non-business days are processed on the following business day. Our goal is to get your products shipped as soon as possible. Most of our products are NOT stocked assembled. Most products are assembled at the time of order. At times, minor components may not be in inventory and may delay your shipment. We try to ship most orders within 72 hours of “Order Processing”.
