Model 9 – Weld on swivel lock option makes the caster non returnable.
Swivel Caster Model 9s are our most preferred industrial caster because of its reasonable price and vast selection of wheels. Under the mounting plate there are 2 rows of balls that pivot for heat treated raceways. The swivel has a bolt and nut center pin welded to withstand normal damage in a manually moved equipment. Features: center bolt diameter – 5/8”, leg thickness – 1/4”; welded on the inside and out, axle diameter – 1/2” long, hub width – 2 7/16”. This caster is built from stamped steel. The metal frames are zinc plated for rust resistance, and it has lubrication fittings for all moveable components. Model 9 has a broad collection of wheel brakes and swivel locks for most applications. Other mounting plate sizes and wheel bearing types are available on request.
