The mounting plate and legs of the caster are ¼” thick 304 stainless steel. This caster is ROHS and NSF compliant. This stainless steel rigid caster uses a 1/2” diameter axle. Choose rigid casters when you must maneuver a load up and down ramps, or if you need to go in a straight line often. This Stainless steel plate caster performs best if you limit the load to no more than 1200 lbs per rigid caster.
