Stainless steel stem caster G15 offers our highest load capacity for a stem caster with either a ¾” or 1” diameter threaded stainless steel stem. It’s precision machined swivel bearing contains a combination load and thrust bearing which enables easier swiveling and reduced swivel vibration. This caster uses the same 2” wide wheels as Stainless Steel Model 9, offering a wide range of wheel material and bearings. This stainless steel stem caster is a kingpinless design, meaning there is no integral center pin that can fail. This stainless steel swivel caster is intended for manually operated applications only, please consult with us if powered equipment is to be used. This stainless steel stem caster is not intended to be used as a leveling device, doing so will cause it to fail prematurely. Please consult with us if you need to support more than 6000lbs on four stainless steel casters.

This caster comes with a gray, non-marking, injection molded thermoplastic rubber tire mechanically bonded to a polyolefin center. The axle diameter of this caster wheel is 1/2” and the width of the wheel is 2”. These caster wheels should not be left standing under load for extended periods as the tires may take a permanent “set” or develop flat spots. This caster wheel has a durometer of 90-95 A which assists in vibration and noise dampening.
