Caster City manufactures the Stainless Steel Model 30 swivel caster for facilities that require maximum corrosion-resistant load capacity. Made from 304 stainless steel with electrolytic polishing to a shining finish, this caster features a kingpinless design with an integrated 3″ diameter precision machined swivel bearing under the mounting plate. The 3″ wide industrial wheels provide superior weight distribution while the 3/4″ stainless steel axle and lubrication fittings for all moveable parts ensure lasting performance. Supports up to 3,000 lbs per caster. For manual and mechanically powered use. NSF and RoHS compliant for seafood processing, meat packing, and heavy-duty washdown operations.

The NX wheel is capable of supporting heavy loads without the floor wear associated with metal wheels. Unlike polyurethane caster wheels, this (NX) caster wheel can not develop flat spots if left under a high load for a prolonged period of time. This caster wheel is made from a compression molding and machining process, making it an excellent choice for standing loads with high capacity requirements. The durometer of this caster wheel is 80 Shore D and the wheel has a flat tread face. The temperature range of this caster wheel is -20°F to 250°F. This non-marking black polymer wheel resists corrosion, chemicals, oils, and acids. This caster wheel is equipped with precision sealed ball bearings for smooth operation and long service life. Ideal for heavy fabrication shops, die and mold transport, and automotive assembly.
