Caster City’s Stainless Steel Model 3 rigid caster pairs corrosion-proof 304 stainless stamped steel with a compact mounting design for directional stability in demanding facility environments. The caster is buffed to a smooth reflective finish and features a 3/8″ diameter axle for wheel compatibility. The mounting plate measures 2-3/8″ x 3-5/8″ with bolt holes spaced 1-3/4″ x 3″, slotted to 1-3/4″ x 2-7/8″, accepting 5/16″ bolts. Up to 350 lbs capacity per caster. NSF listed and RoHS compliant—built for frozen food processing, blast chiller racks, and reheat oven carts.

The welded disc polyurethane caster wheel features a liquid cast polyurethane tire chemically bonded to a welded steel disc center. This construction method provides a permanent bond between tire and hub that will not separate under heavy loads or impact. The polyurethane tire is non-marking and protects finished floors while offering excellent abrasion resistance and chemical resistance. The 65D Shore durometer provides quiet operation with high load capacity. This wheel is equipped with sealed precision ball bearings for smooth rolling performance. Polyurethane caster wheels roll easier on smooth floors than rubber wheels while supporting heavier loads. Not recommended for standing loads over extended periods.
