Description
Plate Model 9 swivel casters are known for their low cost and wide selection of wheels. Under the mounting plate there are 2 rows of rotating balls and the swivel contains a bolt and nut center pin to handle manual application abuse. The center bolt diameter is 5/8” and the leg thickness is 1/4”, welded on the inside and out. The frames are coated in zinc for protection against rust and the fittings are lubricated for mobile use. Other mounting plate sizes and wheel bearing types are available on request.
Nylon caster wheels are an excellent choice for supporting heavy loads without using a metal wheel since they can not develop a flat spot. Nylon caster wheels are capable of supporting a capacity comparable to most metal wheels while weighing very little and without the risk of damaging your floors.This solid nylon caster wheel can resist chemicals, bases, steam, salt, brine, acid, blood, oils, greases. Nylon is capable of resisting shocks and impact loads. This industrial caster wheel comes in 1-¼” wide and 2” wide, and comes in diameters ranging from 3” to 8”, depending on the width selected. This caster wheel comes with plain bore, precision sealed ball bearings, or roller bearings as well as coming in stainless steel ball bearings or stainless steel roller bearings.
