The welded disc polyurethane caster wheel is constructed from 2 separate stainless steel discs that have a premium polyurethane tire molded to the center. The welded disc caster wheel comes with stainless steel annular ball bearings which are designed roll on a ⅜” diameter axle. The stainless steel welded disc polyurethane wheel is popular in the laboratory industry due to its attractive appearance and ability to withstand harsh washdown conditions. Caster City has designed this wheel to come in either 4” or 5” diameters and the tire is 1-¼” wide. The welded disc polyurethane wheel has a temperature range of -40°F to +180°F and the durometer of the polyurethane is 95A(+/-5).
