Rolling Resistance

Rolling resistance is how much force it takes to keep a wheel rolling — lower rolling resistance means less push effort, which matters a lot in high-cycle environments where the same cart gets pushed hundreds of times a day.

What a rolling resistance is

Wheel diameter, hardness (durometer), bearing type, and floor surface all affect rolling resistance. Bigger, harder wheels with precision or roller bearings generally roll easier than small, soft wheels on plain bore bearings.

High-cycle warehouse and industrial environments where cumulative push effort across hundreds of daily trips adds up to real labor cost and fatigue.

What to check / common mistakes
