All wheels shown in Model 30 can be furnished in Caster Model 50 if your application requires a more rugged caster bracket.

Model 30 Heavy Duty Kingpinless Swivel Casters are a step up from swivel caster model G15 in that it features a larger 3” diameter swivel bearing under the mounting plate and 3” wide wheels.  This hot-forged, precision machined swivel caster provides superior performance on both manually moved and mechanically powered equipment.  The caster bracket is made from ASTM1045 zinc plated steel for rust resistance, and there are lubrication fittings for all moveable parts.  Axle diameter is ¾”.  Capacity up to 4000 lbs per caster, depending on the wheel.

Popular options include a face contact wheel brake to lock the wheels and a hand operated swivel lock that converts a swivel caster into a rigid caster for direct line travel.

Caster City manufactures this caster and it is also available in Stainless Steel Plate Caster Model 30. This is a heavy duty industrial stainless steel caster constructed from 304 SS and is excellent for wet or corrosive applications if your total weight exceeds 4000lbs.  It comes with the same large selection of wheels, some of which are also NSF and ROHS compliant.
