The Plate Caster Model 15 is a heavy-duty industrial kingpinless caster designed for robust performance in demanding environments, featuring a large 4 1/2″ x 6 1/4″ mounting plate with bolt hole spacing of 3 3/8″ x 5 1/4″ slotted to 2 7/16″ x 4 15/16″, using 3/8″ mounting bolts for secure attachment. It supports up to 2,500 lbs per caster, matching the Caster Model G15, with the same 1/4″ thick legs welded outside only and a 1/2” diameter hollow bolt axle with lock nut. Constructed with a zinc-plated steel frame (stainless steel option available), it includes a precision machined combination load and thrust bearing with a heat-treated raceway, eliminating the center pin for easier swiveling, reduced vibration, and longer trouble-free performance. It accommodates 2″ wide wheels in 4″, 5″, 6″, and 8″ diameters, with overall heights of 4” x 2” = 5-5/8”, 5” x 2” = 6-1/2”, 6” x 2” = 7-1/2”, and 8” x 2” = 9-1/2”. Grease fittings ensure easy maintenance for swivel and wheel bearings.
