Description

Zinc plated stamped steel defines the swivel and rigid caster frames. This caster’s swivel bearing consists of two ball bearings on hardened raceways to assist with changing direction and to handle thrust loads. All institutional stem casters are assembled with a 3/8” diameter axle bolt, and this stem caster uses a 1/2” rivet to hold the swivel bearing together. The swivel caster raceways are protected by a dust cap. Please call us at Caster City before you put more than 1,000 lbs of weight on four of these stem casters.
