5″ Gray Soft Rubber Wheel.Precision SealedBall Bearings. Shown in photo with 5″ wheel. Stem Caster Model L3 is made using a stamped steel construction and is zinc plated. This stem caster uses a ⅜” diameter axle and the swivel caster raceway is held together by a ½” diameter rivet. Stem Caster Model L3 caster brackets have two rows of ball bearings rotating on raceways for smoother swiveling. The swivel caster raceways are protected by a solid dust shield. This stem caster performs best if you limit the load to no more than 800 lbs on a set of 4 model 3 casters.

This caster wheel is made of a non-marking gray rubber tire that is mechanically bonded to it’s polyolefin center. This caster wheel is 1-¼” wide and is designed to use a ⅜” axle.This caster wheel has a durometer of 90-95 A which assists in vibration and noise dampening. This institutional gray soft rubber caster wheel is completed with plastic thread guards which act as spanner bushings for the sealed precision ball bearing in the center of the hub, providing ample protection for the bearing from direct moisture contact. If your application is moved infrequently and has a high capacity, injection molded caster wheels such as this are not the best choice.
