8″ x 3″ High Temperature Phenolic Wheel – Model 30 Swivel Caster

Description

The “TP” high temperature phenolic caster wheel was designed for dry heat only, it will fail if your application is moist heat.  High Temperature Phenolic wheels are non-marking, hard composition wheels made from glass strands, making it an excellent choice for your bakery or oven application.  Caster City has designed this caster wheel to have the following temperature range : up to 475° F for continuous usage and UP TO 525° F for intermittent usage / 30 minutes.

The Model 30 Swivel Casters are a step up from the G15 swivel casters in that it features larger swivel, wheel bearings and wider wheels.  The precision machined swivel provides superior performance on both manually moved and mechanically powered equipment. The metal frames are zinc plated for rust protection, and there are greasing fittings for all moveable parts. Popular options customers like to include a face contact wheel brake to latch t he caster wheels and a hand operated swivel lock that converts the swivel caster into a rigid caster for direct line travel.
