Caster City offers the Stem Caster Model 3 as a swivel caster with stamped steel construction and bright zinc plating for long-lasting corrosion resistance. Mounts via a stem that inserts into equipment socket holes. Available in grip ring, threaded, expanding adapter, or square and round metal stem configurations. The swivel section features a double ball bearing design on hardened raceways for smooth swiveling. A metal dust cover protects the swivel raceways from dirt and dust. A 3/8″ diameter bolt axle with lock nut mounts the wheel and a 1/2″ diameter rivet holds the swivel together. Capacity up to 350 lbs per caster depending on stem type. Uses 1-1/4″ wide wheels. Multiple wheel and brake options are offered. Ideal for church equipment, fellowship hall furniture, and community center supply carts with socket holes. NSF listed.

Caster City High Temperature industrial caster wheel “NP” is constructed from nylon mixed with glass fibers. The glass filled nylon “NP” high temperature caster wheel can only be used in moist heat applications. The high temperature caster wheel made from glass filled nylon is a hard and brittle material which should only be used on smooth flat surfaces. This wheel performs best in smokehouses, moist heat bakery and autoclave applications, and around water and steam. The temperature range of these high temperature caster wheels is up to 425°F for 30 minutes MAXIMUM continuous operation. High Temperature Glass-Filled Nylon wheels are not recommended for dry heat applications because once the moisture content of the wheel gets to zero, the wheel will shatter. It is always best to shield High Temperature Wheels from a direct heat intake source. Caster City can furnish high temperature glass-filled nylon wheels with a plain bore, straight roller bearing, or oilite bronze bearing sleeve. Ideal for pressurized steam-autoclaves, moist heat bakeries, and food processing facilities.
