The Stainless Steel Model 30 swivel caster by Caster City combines maximum corrosion resistance with the highest load capacity in our stainless caster lineup. Fabricated from 304 stainless steel with electrolytic polishing to a shining finish, it features a kingpinless design with an integrated 3″ diameter precision machined swivel bearing, 3″ wide industrial wheels, a 3/4″ stainless steel axle, and lubrication fittings for all moveable parts. Capacity is up to 3,000 lbs per caster. Rated for both manual and mechanically powered equipment. NSF and RoHS compliant for breweries, distilleries, and chemical plants handling acids below 10%.

This caster wheel can support heavy loads like a steel wheel without the associated floor damage that metal wheels have. This caster wheel is an ideal choice for supporting heavy loads while not going flat like polyurethane caster wheels can. This compression molded caster wheel can not flatten under heavy static loads like polyurethane wheels. Caster City has designed this wheel with a durometer of 80 Shore D and the wheel comes with a flat tread face. The temperature range of this caster wheel is -20°F to 250°F. This non-marking hard-composition wheel resists corrosion, acids, oils, greases, and impacts. This caster wheel comes with precision sealed ball bearings. Ideal for blast furnace operations, mining operations, and railroad maintenance.
