Every unit is constructed from 304 stainless steel with electrolytic polishing to a shining finish and includes 3″ wide industrial wheels for better weight distribution, a 3/4″ stainless steel axle, and lubrication fittings. Capacity reaches 3,000 lbs per caster depending on wheel. For both manual and mechanically powered applications. NSF and RoHS compliant for heavy ingredient carts, mobile processing equipment, and industrial transport in washdown areas.

Caster City’s All Polyurethane gray “HU” industrial caster wheel is manufactured with an extra-thick polyurethane tire, helping it support the heaviest loads indoors or outdoors. The straight-sided nature of this gray all polyurethane caster wheel makes it an excellent choice for sanitary washdown applications where you have to support industrial capacities. The gray solid all polyurethane industrial caster wheel is our highest capacity all polyurethane wheel that we manufacture. This non-marking wheel prevents floor damage, making it ideal for medical environments and laboratories. The absence of a metal center eliminates bond failure, ensuring durability in wet and corrosive environments, especially when paired with stainless steel casters. This wheel is NSF and RoHS compliant, meeting stringent safety and environmental requirements. This industrial caster wheel is completed with a variety of bearing options, including stainless steel precision sealed ball bearings, needle roller bearings, or Delrin bearings.
