Description
5″ Gray Soft Rubber Wheel. Shown in photo with 6″ x 2″ wheel. This stainless steel rigid caster 9 is formed from 304 stainless stamped steel. The mounting plate and legs of the caster are ¼” thick 304 stainless steel. This caster is ROHS and NSF compliant. The axle diameter of this stainless steel rigid caster is 1/2”. Rigid casters are most commonly selected when price is a factor, or if you need to travel in a straight line over long distances. This Stainless Steel Model 9 caster performs best if you limit the load to no more than 1200 lbs per rigid caster.
This swivel caster has a soft gray rubber wheel that is non-marking in nature and is bonded to a plastic center. This caster wheel is 2” wide and is designed to use a 1/2” axle. Injection molded wheels such as this soft rubber wheel are not the best choice for standing loads that are moved infrequently.
