The Kingpinless Plate Caster Model G15 with RH High Capacity Soft Gray Rubber Wheel is designed for industrial applications needing quiet operation and floor protection under heavy loads. It features a kingpinless design with a precision-machined swivel bearing for rotation with less vibration, suitable for both manually moved and mechanically powered equipment. Constructed from zinc-plated steel for rust resistance, it includes lubrication fittings for all moveable parts, a 1/2” diameter axle with a locking nut, and hot-forged construction with welded legs, supporting up to 1500 lbs per caster, with a mounting plate of 4″ x 4-1/2″ (bolt hole pattern 2-5/8″ x 3-5/8″ to 3″ x 3″), for use in environments like warehouses and manufacturing plants.

This caster has a 2” wide RH High Capacity Soft Gray Rubber Wheel, with a non-marking, injection-molded thermoplastic rubber tire mechanically bonded to a polyolefin center, operating from -20°F to 160°F with a Shore A 90-95 durometer. It uses annular ball bearings to maximize capacity, available in 3” to 8” diameters, and fits a 1/2” axle bolt, offering a softer ride than polyurethane while resisting many chemicals and solvents, though the bonding agent can be affected by chemicals, impact, overloading, or heat buildup. It’s not suited for shock, overloading, abuse, obstructions, poor floors, or prolonged standing loads, which can cause flat spots.
