Swivel Caster Model 9s are our most selected industrial caster because of its moderate initial cost and extensive selection of wheels. Under the mounting plate it has 2 rows of balls rotating on heat treated raceways. The swivel has a bolt and nut center pin welded to withstand normal abuse in a manually moved application. Specifications: center bolt diameter – 5/8”, leg thickness – 1/4”; welded on the inside and out, axle diameter – 1/2” long, hub width – 2 7/16”. This caster is constructed from stamped steel. The metal frames are zinc plated for rust resistance, and it has lubrication fittings for all moveable parts. Model 9 has a broad selection of wheel brakes and swivel locks for most applications.
