The Zinc Kingpinless Swivel Caster G15 with HU Heavy Duty Gray Solid Polyurethane Wheel excels in dry environments requiring smooth, 360-degree maneuverability and robust support for heavy loads. Its precision machined swivel bearing ensures superior performance for both manually moved and mechanically powered equipment, offering easier rotation, reduced vibration, and longer trouble-free use. The HU wheel, made of solid polyurethane with a glass-filled nylon bearing collar, provides exceptional strength and low rolling resistance, with a Shore D 65 durometer for lasting durability—perfect for manufacturing or warehousing applications.

Crafted from zinc-plated steel, the G15 kingpinless swivel bracket enhances load distribution and reduces wear compared to traditional kingpin designs, improving maneuverability in tight spaces. The zinc plating offers rust resistance in dry conditions, while lubrication fittings on all moving parts simplify maintenance. It features a ½” axle with a locking nut and multiple bearing options—roller, delrin, or sealed precision ball bearings (stainless steel available). For 6” and 8” wheel diameters, a larger swivel radius option further reduces vibration and eases directional changes. However, this caster is not suited for wet or corrosive environments—consider the stainless steel G15 model instead.
