Caster City’s Stainless Steel Model 3 swivel caster pairs corrosion-proof 304 stainless stamped steel with high-temperature capability for the most demanding facility environments. The caster is buffed to a smooth reflective finish and comes standard with a double ball bearing swivel on stainless raceways, high-temp seals rated from -20°F to 450°F, a grease fitting, and a dust cover. A 1/2″ diameter rivet holds the swivel and the 3/8″ diameter axle provides versatile wheel compatibility. The mounting plate measures 2-3/8″ x 3-5/8″ with bolt holes spaced 1-3/4″ x 3″, slotted to 1-3/4″ x 2-7/8″, accepting 5/16″ bolts. Up to 350 lbs capacity per caster. NSF listed and RoHS compliant—built for frozen food processing, blast chillers, and reheat ovens.

Caster City manufactures the welded disc polyurethane wheel with a liquid cast polyurethane tire permanently bonded to a welded steel disc hub. The welded disc construction creates a stronger tire-to-hub connection than mechanical bonding methods, preventing separation under shock loads and heavy use. The non-marking polyurethane tread protects concrete, epoxy, and tile floors from damage while delivering quiet operation at 65D Shore durometer hardness. This wheel resists many chemicals and solvents encountered in industrial and institutional environments. Sealed precision ball bearings provide low rolling resistance and extended service life. Polyurethane wheels support higher loads than rubber while rolling more easily on smooth surfaces. Should not be left standing under load for prolonged periods.
