Stainless Steel Model 30 Heavy Duty Kingpinless Swivel Casters are the heaviest duty stainless caster that we manufacture. Stainless Steel Model 30 swivel casters feature an integrated 3” diameter swivel bearing under the mounting plate.  This plate caster’s mounting plate is larger than Stainless Steel Model G15 and this swivel caster uses 3” wide industrial wheels.  Constructed from 304 SS, this precision machined swivel caster provides superior performance on both manually moved and mechanically powered equipment.  There are lubrication fittings for all moveable parts and the stainless axle diameter is ¾”.  Capacity up to 3000 lbs per caster, depending on the wheel.  Electrolytic polishing to a shining finish.  NSF and ROHS Compliant.

Popular options include an all stainless steel face contact wheel brake to lock the wheels and a bolt-on hand operated swivel lock that converts a swivel caster into a rigid caster for direct line travel.  If you need this caster with a larger mounting plate fastening option, Caster City manufactures Stainless Steel Caster Model 50.

High Temperature Phenolic wheels are non-marking, hard composition wheels designed for supporting large loads comparable to a metal wheel. This phenolic caster wheel can not develop flat spots and the wheel is capable of withstanding the impacts of small obstructions or shock loads. Phenolic can absorb water and other chemicals if excessive exposure occurs. Phenolic caster wheels come standard with a roller bearing and have precision sealed ball bearings as an option.  All high temperature phenolic caster wheels have a Durometer of Shore D 90 and the temperature range is -40° to +400° F.
