Model G15 start our industrial casters with an efficient machined swivel bearing.  This design provides exceptional performance on both manually moved and mechanically powered equipment.  Features of this caster include easier swivel rotation, decreased vibration, and longer trouble free performance.  The metal frames are zinc plated for rust resistance, and there are lubrication fittings for all moveable parts.  Plate Caster Model G15 has a wide selection of wheel brakes and swivel locks.  We offer the same selection of wheels as shown in Model 9, and in many instances the wheels have a higher load capacity rating in Model G15.  One popular option is a larger swivel radius in Model G15 Casters with 6” and 8” wheel diameters. A bigger turn lessens the vibration and makes it easier to move [This caster comes with a 1/2” diameter axle with a locking nut.  This swivel caster is made of hot=forged construction with legs welded to the swivel bearing.] This caster is available in Stainless Steel.  This Stainless Steel caster is NSF and ROHS compliant and comes with a broad selection of 2” wide wheels to choose from that are also NSF and ROHS compliant.

The TP High Temp Phenolic Wheel in the Plate Caster Model G15 is a solid pick for industrial casters, crafted from fiberglass, phenol resin, and additives to resist heat, built for 4”, 5”, 6”, and 8” diameters (2” wide) and holding up to 1,000 lbs per wheel at room temperature on smooth floors in dry high heat spots like powder coating lines, bakery ovens, and dry heat autoclaves. This hard, non-marking heat caster wheel, NSF Listed, RoHS Compliant, and Food Service Approved, takes continuous operation up to 475°F and 525°F for 30 minutes with a plain bore and spanner bushing for a 1/2” axle, giving reliable performance in high temp dry heat settings when shielded from direct heat sources like flames, perfect for heavy duty industrial casters needing a 2-inch wide high temperature wheel for tough jobs.
