Description
6″ Gray Soft Rubber Wheel. Shown in photo with 6″ x 2″ wheel. Stainless Steel rigid Caster Model 9 is made of 304 stainless using a stamped steel construction and is excellent for corrosive applications. The mounting plate and legs of the caster are ¼” thick 304 stainless steel. This G15 SS caster is ROHS and NSF compliant. The diameter of the axle bolt in this stainless steel rigid caster is 1/2”. Rigid casters are most commonly selected when price is a factor, or if you need to travel in a straight line over long distances. This Stainless Steel Model 9 caster performs best if you limit the load to no more than 1200 lbs per rigid caster.
This swivel caster has a soft gray rubber wheel that is non-marking in nature and is bonded to a plastic center. This caster wheel is 2” wide and is designed to use a 1/2” axle. If your application is moved infrequently and has a high capacity, injection molded caster wheels such as this are not the best choice.
