Our industrial casters start with a top notch built swivel bearing, which is the standard on Model G15. This design provides awesome performance on both manually moved and automatically powered equipment.  Benefits include easier swivel circumrotation, reduced vibration, and longer trouble free performance.  The metal frames are zinc plated for rust resistance, and there are lubrication fittings for all moveable parts.  Model G15 has a broad selection of wheel brakes and swivel locks.  We offer the same wide selection of wheels as shown in Model 9, and in many instances the wheels have a higher load capacity rating in Model G15.  One popular option is a larger swivel radius in Model G15 Casters with 6” and 8” wheel diameters.  A larger swivel radius reduces swivel shimmy vibration and makes it easier to change directions.  This caster comes with a 1/2” diameter axle with a locking nut.  This swivel caster is made of hot=forged construction with legs welded to the swivel bearing. This caster is available in Stainless Steel and this Stainless Steel caster is NSF and ROHS compliant and comes with a broad selection of 2” wide wheels to choose from that are also NSF and ROHS compliant.

This industrial caster features a flat-tread ductile steel wheel, ideal for robust applications. For enhanced maneuverability from a stationary position, consider the Crown-Tread Ductile Steel Wheel, which provides point-contact with the floor for easier turning.

It includes a 2-inch wide, high-temperature ductile steel wheel paired with a single-piece C954 tin bronze bearing (3/4″ ID x 1-3/16″ OD x 2-3/16″ L), capable of enduring temperatures up to 1300°F, while the wheel itself is rated for 800°F. Crafted from high-grade ductile steel with a 45,000 psi tensile strength, it supports loads up to 1,500 lbs in harsh environments like foundries, steel mills, and sandblasting operations. The zinc-plated, corrosion-resistant frame enhances longevity, and lubrication fittings simplify maintenance. The kingpinless, enclosed swivel bearing resists clogging from powders or particulates, ensuring reliable operation. With high-temperature grease, this caster delivers over a decade of maintenance-free performance on tracks or flat surfaces in extreme heat.
