Description
The Plate Caster Model G15 Swivel begins our kingpinless industrial caster line with a precision machined swivel bearing for superior performance. This kingpinless caster provides unmatched performance on both hand pushed and mechanically powered equipment. The advantages include easier swiveling, reduced vibration, and longer trouble free performance. Zinc plated for corrosion resistance, this caster comes with lubrication fittings for all moveable parts. Model G15 provides a broad selection of wheel brakes and swivel locks for most applications. The same wide selection of wheels as shown in Model 9 is offered, with many wheels achieving higher load capacity ratings in the G15. The larger swivel radius option available for 6″ and 8″ wheel diameters reduces swivel shimmy vibration and makes direction changes easier. The axle is 1/2″ in diameter with a locking nut. This swivel caster is made of hot-forged construction with legs welded to the swivel bearing. Ideal for foundry operations, forging plants, and heat treatment facilities. This caster can also be supplied in a 304 Stainless Steel version with NSF and ROHS compliant wheels.
