The swivel bearing is a precision machined construction containing one row of ball bearings which act as thrust and load bearing. This stainless steel caster uses 2” wide wheels that come with a variety of bearing choices to suit your application. This stainless steel caster has been polished with an electrolytic finish for smoothness. This stainless steel swivel caster is intended for manually operated applications only, please consult with us if powered equipment is to be used. The head of the axle bolt and the swivel bearing both have grease fittings standard. The mounting plate and legs of the caster are ¼” thick 304 stainless steel. This caster is ROHS and NSF compliant. If your Stainless Steel Caster Model G15 application calls for more than 6000lbs of total weight on four casters, please consult with us for a recommendation.

The NX Ultra High Capacity Polymer Wheel, crafted from a high-strength nylon polymer without developing flat spots, is available in 4” x 2”, 5” x 2”, 6” x 2”, and 8” x 2” sizes, each offering 1,500 lbs capacity per caster, and is built to handle smooth floors only. It offers threaded stem options: TST1: 3/4″ – 10 x 2 1/2”, TSS7: 3/4″ – 10 x 4 1/2”, TSS3: 3/4″ – 10 x 6”, TST2: 1″ – 8 x 2 1/4”, and TSC7: 1″ – 8 x 4”, ensuring secure mounting, and is recommended only for manually moved applications with capacity ratings based on the weight being directly on the top of the swivel bearing, not somewhere above it on the threaded stem.
