U Boat Casters specifically designed to maximize employee efficiency and safety while minimizing the amount of floor space required to store them.
These casters are great for utility and stocking carts due to the 4″ diameter swivel caster with the larger mounting plate. (The Caster City U Boat Casters measure at 3-1/8″ x 4-1/8″ Outer Dimensions with Slotted Bolt Holes for Easy Attachment). We also carry a rigid plate mount caster with a 8″x2″ diameter wheel for Quality Carts.
The U Boat Caster comes installed with a non-marking polyurethane and Maintenance Free precision sealed ball bearings wheel to ensure long-lasting performance.
You should never select on the basis of load capacity alone. There is no industry standard for load capacity ratings and they may not include a factor for abuse. Our capacity ratings are below what the casters are capable of carrying because most applications have less than perfect conditions. Please refer to the information shown at the bottom of this page.
