This caster is fabricated from 304 stainless steel with a kingpinless design featuring precision machined load and thrust bearings. It includes 1/4″ thick stainless steel legs welded inside and out, a 1/2″ diameter hollow bolt axle with lock nut, and zinc-plated external parts. Top plate is 4″ x 4-1/2″ and rated to 1,500 lbs per caster. For manual and powered applications on smooth floors, no inclines over 3 degrees, speeds under 3 mph. 100% washable for acid handling below 10%, industrial laundries, and fish processing operations.

The green extra thick CP industrial caster wheel was designed for power towed applications. This caster wheel comes with a green polyurethane tire designed to withstand the abuse and wear that power towing exerts on wheels. The CP industrial caster wheel has its extra-thick polyurethane tire chemically bonded to the aluminum center and the durometer is Shore 70A. The soft, extra thick tire offers less rolling resistance when rolling over debris or small objects. Polyurethane caster wheels roll easier under the same load as rubber wheels on a smooth flo. This wheel is equipped with high efficiency extra large precision sealed ball bearings. The extra thick, softer durometer polyurethane delivers more cushioning compared to thinner polyurethane wheels. The flexible poly material offers extra resiliency, meaning it flexes and essentially spits out metal shavings instead of letting them embed into the surface.
